Count On Me: Tales of Sisterhood and Fierce Friendships

Nora Comstock, founder of Las Comadres, an international networking group for Latinas, highlights some of the stories of comadrazgo and friendship in the newly published anthology, Count On Me: Tales of Sisterhoods and Fierce Friendships. (Also available in Spanish as Cuenta Conmigo: Conmovedoras historias de hermandad y amistades incondicionales.)

Las Comadres also partners with the Association of American Publishers (AAP) to promote reading of Latino authors by creating the first national level book club: Las Comadres & Friends National Latino Book Club. The national book club has grown out of a series of highly successful monthly teleconferences which we host, with each teleconference featuring one book club-selected author.
