Las Comadres Consumer Panel and Seal of Approval coming soon. This panel of Comadres will be asked to test products, services and other products offered by various companies and make a recommendation to their Comadres! Let me know you are interested in being on the panel by sending an email to mferrer.lascomadres.com with the word Panel in the subject line. More details will be sent when we receive your interest email!
(3) Email us and share your thoughts and recommendations on books.
(4) Write recommendations for books you read through our LatinoLit Book Club.
Hopefully you will include Latina/o authors in your selections! We have given you an easy to follow recipe to recommend. It is not a REVIEW but a recommendation which is fun and easy to do. It means sooooo much to our authors.
(5) Fly American Airlines and Benefit Las Comadres!
American Airlines is now the official airline for Las Comadres. This partnership will permit me to have more face time with all of you by attending more Comadrazos nationwide, AND you can help Las Comadres grow every time you fly American Airlines.

When you book your reservations on American Airlines®, American Eagle® or AmericanConnection® whether it’s via their website or through your preferred travel agent, in addition to earning AAdvantage miles for your travel, you can also help grow Las Comadres!
(6) Share Information about jobs, scholarships, events that you are a part or you receive from others that are Latino themed. This information is useful information that your Comadres might not know about.
(7) READ your mail in a timely fashion.
You can opt to receive mail by digest (one or two bulk emails per day), instead of receiving each message as it is sent. Since we sent time sensitive information, stay on top of your mail.

Since we are a no dues organization, your donations help supply income to help offset some of our expenses. Donations are appreciated and are tax deductible. The Austin Community Foundation, also a 501(c)(3), is Las Comadres’ fund manager. We are able to take a credit card for donations. Note: Merchandise purchases are *NOT* tax-deductible.
(11) Las Comadres University is our Continuing Education Program!
You will receive notices about these events in your email box! Whenever you can attend or recommend to others, we are all grateful. Some of these are programs from our Comadres and others are programs we’ve created for Comadres. Your support is crucial to all of us.
